About the Event

Join me and others for a sound journey! Experience the calming vibrations while the pure frequencies of 7 rose quartz crystal bowls, the multi-dimensional Symphonic Gong, and a variety of other healing instruments “bathe” away the noise and the stresses of everyday life to recalibrate the body on a cellular level. By immersing yourself in these healing sounds you will find a deep relaxation and restoration of mind, body and spirit.

Bring your own mats, pillows and blankets for optimum coziness.

Arrive by 1:45 as doors will close at 1:55 pm.

* IMPORTANT - CONTRAINDICATIONS *

(Please check with your doctor before attending a Sound Therapy session if any of the following apply to you)

* PREGNANCY - Please maintain a distance of at least 3 ft from the sound bowls while they are being played, especially in the first three months of pregnancy.

* IMPLANTS - Any implants in the body (metal plates & electronic devices in particular) could cause discomfort through the vibration of the sound and the implant.

* EPILEPSY - If you have epilepsy, you may be advised to avoid sound therapy. According to Epilepsy Action Support Services there is an extremely rare form of epilepsy, which can be triggered by sound, and it is sound ‘reflective epilepsy’ where such things as bells, music, animals and car horns, etc can trigger an epileptic fit. This is typically linked to people with brain lesions which are usually detected early in life. If you have been diagnosed with this specific condition, it is advised that you avoid this type of treatment.

Cancelations - No refunds for no shows or cancelations
