About the Event
Rest & Restore & Vibrate
In this restorative practice, you'll be guided through a carefully crafted sequence of postures designed to bring you into balance and stillness that will nourish your desire to deeply rest. A blend of hands-on and distance reiki will be transmitted throughout the session that will feel energetically medicinal and sustaining while tranquil music softly ripples around you. Gong sound healing to round out the experience.
Come, reserve your sacred space and find the stillness within yourself from the top of your head to the soles of your feet.
No yoga experience is required...a beautiful complement to any wellness practice.
