In this restorative experience, you’ll be gently guided through a mindfully curated sequence of postures designed to restore balance and nourish your longing for true rest. Reiki, both hands-on and from a distance, will flow through the space, offering subtle yet powerful energetic healing, while music weaves softly around you.

The journey concludes with the luminous resonance of Mystical Gong Vibrations, a Soul's Sound Healing, followed by a sweet Chocolate Meditation Moment; a grounding, heart-opening close to your afternoon of renewal.
