An opportunity to invite relaxation into your mind and body as the sounds of Gong and a selection of other instruments resonate through and around you. The vibrations of these instruments create the ability to move energy, neutralize thoughts, instill deep states of relaxation, enable the cyclical release of toxins in the body, provide a measurable sense of wellness, compliment modern medical therapies, and so much more. 

Experience a short guided relaxation & breath practice (pranayama) before Gong and a meditation following. *** We thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. We continue to take the utmost health precaution. *** To prepare yourself: Wear comfortable clothing. BYOP )Bring your own props( yoga mat, blankets, pillow...etc. Hydrate before & after...this helps nerve function & cleansing of body. Eat lightly 1-2 hours before the gong; so your body's energy isn't focused on digestion. Arrive with extra time to check in & create a cozy space for yourself. *** Registration is required as space is limited to conform to safe distancing. Maximum of 8 participants. Sorry...no walk-Ins at this time. Door opens at 6:30 p.m. and closes to promptly being at 7pm. *** Contraindications- not suitable for mommas in the first trimester of pregnancy, people with pace makers or other implants, serious heart conditions, acute or serious mental health problems or those who may suffer from sound induced epilepsy.
