Mystical Gong Vibrations is a meditative experience where you can explore various rhythms and frequencies that guide you on a sonic journey. This is an opportunity to invite relaxation into your mind & body as the sounds of Gong and other instruments instill a deep state of relaxation while providing a measurable sense of wellness, complimenting modern medical therapies & so much more.
Experience a short guided relaxation & breath practice (pranayama) before Gong and a kundalini yoga meditation to follow. You’ll be acoustically guides via harmonically rich tapestries of over-tones and vibrations into realms of spiritual well-being, emotional balance, cellular healing and spiritual awareness. Using a Symphonic 34" Gong, an assemblage of octaves is created for you to experience wave-scapes of creativity, relaxation and enrichment.
