About the Event
Are you familiar with that blissful feeling you get during yoga practice; when you have escaped your mind? You get focused on your breath and the flow of energy in your body. The challenges of our lives seem to be put on hold and we can be in the present moment. Our attention is within and our awareness extends to our body.

Whether we practice yoga to gain flexibility or strengthen our core, there is an undeniable effect that extends beyond physical exercise, which is an overall feeling of relaxation and peace of mind. Yoga can be practiced with minimal equipment and its postures can be adapted to different levels of mobility. Apart from its physical benefits, emotional and spiritual effects can be subtly and deeply experienced as well.
