In this in-person gentle yoga series, you’ll be guided to experience ways to move that will help to get your body out of stress-mode, be gently reminded how to release tension and recall the ways in which to breathe to calm your nervous system. Restore yourself to feel an overall sense of balance to body, mind and soul.
This series is led by Claudia D'Emilia Iafrate, certified in Hatha & Kundalini yoga lineages. She's also a certified Reiki Master Teacher & Full Spectrum Energy Medicine practitioner.
