Join me and others for a sound journey! Experience the calming vibrations while the pure frequencies of 7 rose quartz crystal bowls, the multi-dimensional Symphonic Gong, and a variety of other healing instruments “bathe” away the noise and the stresses of everyday life to re-calibrate the body on a cellular level. By immersing yourself in these healing sounds you will find a deep relaxation and restoration of mind, body and spirit.
Bring your own yoga/exercise mat, pillows and blankets for optimum coziness.
