Celebrate the Spring Equinox through gentle movements, breath, meditation, sound & light.
You will experience Celestial Communication—a form of moving meditation set to music that aims to awaken the pranic energy in the Heart Center. It is considered to be amongst the most compassionate practices we can do to reclaim our physical well-being, reintegrate our minds, and ease inner stress while renewing our thoughts, our dreams, and our aspirations.
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds Gongs, the 7 Pure Rose Quartz Crystal singling bowls, 10 Tibetan bowls, and various healing instruments that raise the vibration and heighten your soul’s journey experience. Sound therapy soothes the nervous system and helps relieve pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It brings the mind into deeper states and facilitates the body’s natural ability to revitalize and heal.
Reiki will be offered intermittently, always optional. This is an excellent time of year to begin everything anew…
